Welcome to OneArts. These Terms and Conditions apply to all students and parents of OneArts, a subsidiary of Ivx, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17080224). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (onearts.uk) and the purchase of our performing arts classes and services. By enrolling a student or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

OneArts provides performing arts education, including but not limited to lessons for beginners, experienced students, and those seeking professional career training. Our services aim to improve self-confidence, facilitate social interaction, and provide high-quality performance training.

3. Enrolment and Admission

3.1. To participate in classes, students (or their guardians if the student is under 18) must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
3.2. Admission to specific classes is subject to availability and, in some instances, experience levels or auditions.
3.3. OneArts reserves the right to refuse admission or ask a student to leave if these terms are breached.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. Fees must be paid in advance of each term.
4.2. Payments must be made via our approved online payment methods on onearts.uk.
4.3. Failure to pay fees on time may result in the student losing their place in the class.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Consumer Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to cancel a booking within 14 days of purchase, provided the service hasn’t started.
5.2. Class Cancellations: If OneArts cancels a class, we will offer a make-up session or a pro-rata credit/refund.
5.3. Student Withdrawals: A notice period of half a term is required for cancellations. Refunds for missed classes due to personal reasons are generally not provided.

6. Conduct and Attendance

6.1. Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for their lessons. Please notify the school of any absences.
6.2. We promote a safe and supportive environment. Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate dismissal without refund. Students are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
6.3. Students must follow the instructions of the tutors at all times to ensure safety and progress.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Performing arts can be physically demanding. By enrolling, you confirm that the student is fit to participate.
7.2. Any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries must be disclosed to OneArts during the registration process.
7.3. OneArts maintains public liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for injuries sustained due to a student’s failure to follow instructions or for loss of personal property. OneArts does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

8. Intellectual Property and Media

8.1. All course materials, choreography, and branding remain the intellectual property of OneArts or its parent company, Ivx.
8.2. From time to time, OneArts may take photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes. We will seek specific consent for this during the enrolment process in compliance with UK GDPR.

9. Data Protection

9.1. We process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
9.2. Your information is used solely for the administration of classes, ensuring student safety, and providing updates regarding OneArts services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneArts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you for the service in question.

11. Amendments

OneArts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active students via email or through our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
