Agency Terms of Representation

These terms set out the agreement between OA Talent, a division of OneArts (subsidiary of Ivx, Company No. 17080224), and the Performer.

  1. Agency Role: OA Talent acts as an employment agency representing the Performer for professional opportunities.
2. Our Services

OA Talent will:

  • Promote the Talent’s skills and profile to casting directors and production companies.
  • Manage audition requests and provide details to the Talent or their guardian.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and working conditions on behalf of the Talent.
  • Provide advice regarding professional development and industry standards.
  1. Performer Obligations: The Performer must provide up-to-date headshots, showreels, and availability.
  2. Commission: The Agency will deduct a standard commission from all professional fees earned by the Performer.
  3. Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed, representation is on an exclusive basis within the United Kingdom.
6. Child Licensing

For any Talent under the age of 16 (or 18 in certain circumstances), the Agency and the Talent’s guardian must comply with UK Child Performance Licensing regulations. The guardian agrees to provide all necessary documentation (e.g., birth certificates, health records) to the Agency promptly to ensure legal compliance for bookings.

  1. Termination: Either party may terminate representation with 30 days’ written notice.
8. Confidentiality and Data

The Agency handles all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Talent agrees to keep the details of any pending contracts, scripts, or sensitive audition information confidential.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
